Working within condensed schedules and strict budgets, we navigated ongoing design changes across multiple projects. Every update required quick, precise iterations—from adjusting materials to refining spatial layouts—while maintaining Archidom Studio’s warm Mediterranean sensibility and overall design coherence.

The Approach
We built a fluid, studio-extension workflow that allowed us to collaborate with each architectural team in real time. Together, we refined materials, daylight balance, greenery, and spatial composition through steady iterations. This process aligned every render with Archidom’s Mediterranean character—warm, tactile, and architecturally clear—while supporting the fast pace required across all twelve projects.

Using White-Model Previews to Understand Spatial Intent, Geometry, and the Angles That Communicated the Design Best

Our white-model previews distilled each project to its essential geometry, proportions, and daylight behavior. This stage helped the designers validate flow and determine the angles that best conveyed each space to homeowners. With the Sketchup models provided, we refined viewpoints that strengthened the narrative before transitioning into full material and texture development.
